If you have no access (like me) to primary sources, The vol 4 of Jochen Prien's book Geschichte des JG 77 is a good start. Perhaps a bit old by now with possibly more details found later after it was published, it still is a good base. Since you don't tell us where you stand it would be nice to know before saying what it states.

Cheers
Stig

Re: JG77 losses 15th April 1945

Hi Stig, the issue is I have nothing, and am looking for information about Uffz. Ramm who was posted missing in combat on 15/04/1945. Am looking for information of the aircraft he was using, the only thing I know is that was a Bf-109, probably a K-4, but that is all I know.

Re: JG77 losses 15th April 1945

Thanks Chileno

Well Prien has not much to say really if you want details.

Uffz Ramm I./JG 77 wounded (?) in air battle on this date unknown place but most probably the same area as the unit claimed its victories, that is in the area of Ratibor and Märisch-Ostrau. The Me 109 is not identified by WNr or sub-type only it was a 100% loss. Prien uses a shortform "v" for what happened to the pilot, and I am not sure which word he means here since it could mean both wounded and missing.

Cheers
Stig

Re: JG77 losses 15th April 1945

15 4 45 I JG77 X LFK BF109 60 x Mahlow oge
15 4 45 I JG77 X BA MSCH BF109 100 x Ramm uf
15 4 45 I JG77 X A L LFK BF109
15 4 45 II JG77 X LFK BF109

No places given, but Stig smart supposition sounds good, Mahlow dead , Ramm missing after Bellylanding

Re: JG77 losses 15th April 1945

Thank you all, have any of you detailed information about which type of aircraft was using I./JG77 at that time??, my best guess is Bf-109K-4 and G-10.

Am a scale modeler, and I want to do that particular airplane, this is because my family name is Ramm, and this one is one of the two Ramm that I found to be part of the Luftwaffe. The other one, lost his life in a plane accident on October 29th of 1942 on board of Fw-200C-4 WNr. 0162 of the III./KG 40, code F8+ML
