26.November 1944 3 crewmembers bailed out
Hello,
on 26.November 1944 in the evening 3 crew members bailed out near Hungen /Giessenof a crippled bomber. They were captured by german soldiers and taken pow. Did anybody have information about this case? I looked on footnote but without any result. Thank you very much. Regards |

No Commonwealth loss; must have been USAAF.

For 42-94940 = crashed Hildesheim, 6 KIA, 3 POW. MACR 10754 For 44-40172 = crashed Stadhagen ? 7 KIA, 3 POW. MACR 11157 POW's Names 10754 T/Sgt. Junius C.Price T/Sgt. Donald N. Welch S/Sgt. Walter C. McFadden 11157 Lt. Robert W. Simons 2Lt. Charles M. Scott Lt. William H. Mooney |
