405 Sqn Halifax W7768 Code?

Hello, another request.

I am seeking confirmation of the code letter for this aircraft which crashed at Newbridge, Isle of Wight on the 20th Dec 1942.
I have the code listed as LQ-C but have also seen it recorded as LQ-G, can anyone tell me which is correct.
