Stalag luft 111

Hi all,
Can anyone identify the 3 aircrew in the attached image.
It was taken at Stalag Luft 111, unfortunately it is not dated.
Many thanks in advance for any assistance that you may be able to offer.
Gerry

Re: Stalag luft 111

The building in the background was not at SL3 nor ( I think) nearby.

I've visited SL3 for 6 years running now.

Re: Stalag luft 111

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I said Stalag Luft 111 because that is how the picture came described to me.
I have looked at the link you provided and can see that the buildings do not match so assume that it was taken at another camp/location.
I wonder who the BoB pilot is on the stalag luft 111 website?
Thanks once again
Gerry

A chum suggests it may be the main liberation point at Lubeck. He's seen the 'photo before. We were there 2 weeks ago too!

Re: Stalag luft 111

Crikey!
I don't understand why it had been labelled as Stalag Luft 111.
I don't recognise any connection in the picture with the ones you have posted.
Thanks for the new lead, I will take a closer look.
Best wishes
Gerry
