Who shot down 254's Blenheim L9481?

I have two suspects: But the time is way off as L9481 went down at 07.55 hrs.

01.06.40 Oblt. Walter Oesau: 1./JG 20 Blenheim - 20 km. N. Ostende 11.35

01.06.40 Oberst Theo Osterkamp: n.b. Stab/JG 51 Blenheim

Have the story of there shooting down, I'm just trying to tie up loose ends
