1st Brazilian Fighter Group inquiry

Hello All,

I have come across a title while researching the 350th Fighter Group and was curious if anyone else has seen it or has a copy. The title is "Heróis dos Céus - A Iconografia do 1º GAvCa na Campanha da Itália 1944-1945" by Rui Moreira Lima & José Rebelo Meira de Vasconcelost. It looks very interesting and I would like to purchase a copy for myself so if anyone knows where I could get one it would be greatly appreciated. I am also curious if there are any other photo type books showing the P-47's flown by this unit. Once again many thanks for the help.

I've always had a sweet spot for the 1st Brazilian Fighter Squadron. I suspect the title is the same as "Senta a Pua" by Rui Moreira Lima, who was a veteran of the unit. Luckily, I went to high school in Rio so I'm fluent in Portuguese. Unless you can read Portuguese, you may not be able to completely appreciate the book.

There is a great 2 part history of the unit in English which was published in the mid 90s by Aerospace Historian. YOu might have to search e-Bay but its superb. I'll have to root in my magazines to give you all the details,give me a few hours.
