Me110 in Africa - help by identification!

Hi Experts!
I found such photo describted as from North Africa, but I would like to find some more details about that plane, like unit markings, colors, location and such.....

PS I checked for black cat logo: http://chrito.users1.50megs.com/_dat...ms/lwlions.htm, but I ma not sure ;(
