JU88 Werk Plate.....Help Required

Please help i am after details on the below werk plate.

Can you tell me the exact Werk Number from this ?
Also the date of manufacture?

Serie : 40888 C 28 (possible 79 at the end but not sure )
Zelehn: 88624 16
FM : 6 42

Please help with this if you can.
