Oberleutnant Gerhard Schacht on Crete

Hello all,

On this picture, taken in June 1941, are the officers of parachuters Oblt. Gerhard Schacht next to Oberst Walter Bräuer, at the Heraklion airport in Crete.
I would like to know which Unit and under what duty Schacht served in the Cretan occupation.

Jäg.Div. 14.07.43 Hptm., appt Ic/2. Fallschirmjäger-Div. 01.10.43 appt Ia Ausb./XI. Fliegerkorps (to 08.02.44). 08.02.44 appt Ia/XI. Fliegerkorps (to 01.03.44). 01.05.44 promo to Maj. 15.06.44 appt Ia op 2/Fallschirm-AOK 1. 12.44 appt Kdr. Fsch.Jg.Rgt. z.b.V. (to 02.45). 02.45 Maj., appt Kdr. Fsch.Jg.Rgt. 25 (to 16.04.45). 01.06.56 joined the Bundeswehr. 01.01.72 retired as an Oberst. †07.02.72 in Dortmund.
