It looks like an aileron counterweight, located on the leading edge of the aileron near the outboard end.

The idea is good but it does not seem to have an axis showing against a weight. There is only this iron piece alone riveted with aluminum and covered by a cabin paint "plasticized".

L'idée est bonne mais, il ne semble pas avoir un axe prouvant un contre-poids. Il y a seulement cette pièce de fer, seule, rivetée avec de l'alu carlingue et recouvert d'une peinture "plastifiée".

Hello,

There are traces of blue paint and dope, backing up the idea of a balanced counterweight. I don't understand "un axe prouvant un contre-poids" quotation, even as a French-speaking.
