This came out of the UK. THe Yellow paint suggest trainer aircraft?

Am not an expert, but maybe a General Aircraft Hotspur glider's wheel and tyre?

Hotspur tyres are listed as small landing tyres type 4x8 fitted to Dunlop A.H.8041 wheels in the Ministry of Aircraft Production reports.
