According to a Wehrmacht Awards Forum topic on Ritterkreuzt^¨ager, the following pilots had passed away: Major HORST Freiherr von GROTE * 12.05.1912 + 5.06.2008 RK 21.07.1940 as Staffelkapitän 4./ (S) LG 2 Oberleutnant HEINRICH MEYER *26.01.1919 +15.03.2008 RK 15.10.1942 as Beobachter I./KG 2 Major KARL RAMMELT *10.06.1914 +13.05.2009 RK 20.10.1944 as Kommandeur II./ JG 51 "Mölders" |

Hauptmann ARTUR PIPAN
* 05.12.1919 Velden (Austria) + 01.08.2009 Klagenfurt (Austria) Knight's Cross on April 6th, 1944 as Oberleutnant and Staffelkapitän 5./StukaG 1 From 1956 until 01.01.1982 served in the Austrian Armed Forces, reaching the rank of Brigadier and Kommandeur des Flieger-Regiments 2. |

Its so sad and I m so sorry for that pilots. Pilots life is so tough and hard. They live dangerous life and their life is always in danger. I pray to God may they rest in peace.
