Aviator or Automobile Attire?
Hi Guys,
I've been asked by my uncle to help ID a family photo. We are interested to learn if the clothing the gentleman is wearing is aviation related or automobile related. If it is a flying suit is it Civilian or Military and what period is it likely to be from? Attachment 8498 Thanks. Last edited by Clint Mitchell; 14th July 2015 at 08:58. |

Re: Aviator or Automobile Attire?
It appears to be a Sidcot suit with fur collar, 'B' Type RAF flying helmet and Mk III goggles.

Re: Aviator or Automobile Attire?
Andy, thank you very much. Any idea of a ball park time period for this particular flying clothing to be in use.
