Via some image processing for beginners, here's that He 111 turned the right way round, making the motto (»komm zurück« = "come back") easier to read.

It's a Bf 108 I would say, liaison plane belonging to some staff unit. Oddly enough I also believe this one is wearing JG 301s yellow-red fuselage band...

apart from the nice Bf109 no one seems to take note of the yet unseen new Bernburg photographs with G-10 Mistels, other Ju88G and a He162 under construction.
