This should be the same aircraft and same occassion as I answered you earlier. You can see "Q" under the wing which gives it away.

"The photo you posted show Fi 156 U, W.Nr. 4439, CQ+QF - converted from a Fi 156 C-3 for use on anti-submarine patrols in costal waters. The photo is taken from the report "Fi 156 E Bedienungs- und Beladevorschrift für die Abwurfwaffe", Re Nr.9676/40 geh. issued by E'Stelle Rechlin department E 7 Eb 2. The photo was likely taken at Rechlin in Germany. The report was issued 3 September 1940."

The two detail photos in that scan are also included in the ""Fi 156 U Bedienungs- und Beladevorschrift für die Abwurfwaffe" I refered to, so you can make up your own mind on weather the caption is correct or not.
