It is ski jumping tower. Possible used for air observation and camouflaged because of that.

Number 18 in your post above are excerpts from the flugbuch of Karl Baur. The very last item are the times that Baur gave introductory flights to Watson's Whizzers in Me 262 B-1 "Vera" and his transfer of "Doris" to Melun. It is much appreciated.
