As always, thanks for the pointers.

I noticed that the seller of the book you listed above is currently auctioning another hard-to-find book:

It's a booklet, "Der verzweifelte Todesflieger-Einsatz der deutschen Luftwaffe vom 16. 04. 1945", about the suicide missions flown by Luftwaffe volunteers against the Oder river crossings on 16 Apr 1945. It was self-published by Dr Gerhard Göppel in 1986.

It's kinda pricey at a starting bid of EUR 44.90, but if you're interested in the subject, it might be a good opportunity to snag a copy. (It's not available anywhere else according to book search engines.)
