Alaska drug plane crasch
I think I read sometime in the late 19402 early 1950s a 4 engine transport plane with a load of drugs may have crashed in Alaska. Can any one help me ID the plane.

Re: Alaska drug plane crasch
There is this crash of a 4 engine plane from China that was rumored to have a shipment of gold (not drugs) aboard. Also, this was a chartered passenger plane not a cargo plane so not all details match, but perhaps a possibility?
