6./NJG 4
On the night of 12/13 dec 1944 Uffz. heinrich Brune was shot down by 85 squadron Mosquito over Gütersloh a/F killing the whole crew.
I’m looking for the correct name of the BF. One source shovels the name as HOFFAHRT (Balss), the other as HOFFARTH. (Scherzer). When I search the VDK site both names return blanks. I’m quite positive he is burried in Grave 117 at the Gütersloh Friedhof Unter den Ulmen. But sadly you can not search on Grave location. Tia Dirk
