Since the last update to the Luftwaffedata Wiki the following changes have been made:

1. Update to the Sonderkommando Sommer page having merged the original page content with that provided by Larry de Zeng IV.

2. New Glossary page covering the "Magirusbombe" gun pack used on Ar 234B-2/N nightfighters and Sommer's Ar 234B.

3. New pages created for Aufklärungsgruppe (F) Nacht and 2. (F)/Nacht. Text kindly supplied by Larry de Zeng IV.

Since the last update to the Luftwaffedata Wiki the following changes have been made:

2. New pages created for Nachtfernaufklärungsschwarm West and Erg.Nachtaufklärungsstaffel.

3. New pages created for Luftbeobachterstaffeln - this page contains an overview of the units; Luftbeobachterstaffel 1‎‎; Luftbeobachterstaffel 2; Luftbeobachterstaffel 3‎; Luftbeobachterstaffel 7 and Schulstaffel für Luftbeobachterstaffeln‎.

Text for all of the above kindly supplied by Larry de Zeng IV.

4. New page added for DEFE 3/9 containing the Luftwaffe entries transcribed from the corresponding National Archives DEFE3 file. This covers the decryption period between 2nd December 1943 and 5th December 1943.

5. A personnel listing has been created for 3.(F)/33 at 3.(F)/33 Personnel and a Loss table for the same unit can be found at 3.(F)/33 Loss Table. Text for these two pages kindly supplied by Dave Wadman.

Hi Andy - that's fascinating thank you! I have a Flugbuch/Leistungsbuch to a flieger of 4.(F)/Nacht - Lt Gunther Kauschke, mainly flew Ju188 D2. Let me know if you'd like any info from it. Couple of small pictures of his flight in K7+CK here:

I even remembered to include the pdf version as well.

DEFE3/12 is in progress. This one stalled a while ago due to a couple of pages being unreadable at the time. But I have got past that by using some other software to improve the readability of the image.

New page created for some photos of Kaspar Kähn’s Ju 188F-1 8H+EL of 3.(F)/33 - 3.(F)/33 Pictures - Page 1.

In addition there is a further set of photos from Dave Wadman's 3.(F)/33 Archive that have been loaded in the 3.(F)/33 Pictures - Page 2, changes have been made to the 3.(F)/33 page to link to these new pages.

post 87 KGr.z.b.V.S.7 regards WK+PY its written as suchs in the lost list on date 1942-12-18 the WNr. is 7405 but the stkz is wrong noted it it should be VK+PY.
