GQM loss return 27 Apr 1942: 22.4.42 3./StG 1 near Fürstenwalde Ju 87 WNr. 2045 Uffz Georg Kittel (different spelling) †, mid-air collision with Ju 52 WNr. 6660 of Sanitätsflugbereitschaft 3 Smolensk. F Ofw Alfred Jurga † Bf Fw Wilhelm Potysch † Bm Uffz Paul Halle †. Besides 15 Heeresangehörige/German army personnel †. Handwritten amended loss category 22 = destroyed without enemy action on a non-operational flight/Totalverlust ohne Feindauftrag bei Ausbildungs- und sonstigem Flug. Regards Leo |
