The seller identifies the pilot as UfFz (?) Peters. Has anyone anything more on the machine shown?

Edit.

I'm wondering if the location on the rear of the photo is Monceau-le-Waast. In which case, and this is just speculation, the machine may be from Jasta 66. The stripes under the tail resemble those seen on the machine of Rudolf Windisch of Jasta 66. and Jasta 66 was based at Arcy-sainte-Resitute airfield quite close to Monceau-le-Waast .So at least is known to have operated in the Aisne.

Regards,

Clint
