Identity of Ju 88
Hi,
Can anybody please identify the unit of this Ju 88 in this photo from Don Brebner's photos from 1 Squadron SAAF. I think the location is Martuba or Derna in North Africa, 1942. https://fritzjohl.yolasite.com/don-b...hotographs.php Photo No.66 'abandoned Ju 88' Last two code letters 'BT' Thanks, Doug

It looks like the first two code letters are B3, partially painted over. That would make it 9./KG 54. The lists of wrecked and captured aircraft for North Africa may say more but I don’t have my copies to hand at present.
