Re: Heart, Patria, Flight - Second Edition

Interesting tip-off, Ed. I looked up the name and got a Professor of Genetics at Milan University. His CV there lists no aviation books but this page does: https://www.ibs.it/libri/autori/paolo-pesaresi

Both books are self-published and if he's managed to produce over 800 pages (across two volumes) on the IIº Gruppo Caccia of the ANR then I'm mightily impressed.

Re: Heart, Patria, Flight - Second Edition

I have both editions, and am most pleased
A member of our LW vet’s group had a flyer
From Italy who helped with the book.
Clear photograph reproduction and very good quality paper
Make the second set especially good.
It’s a long year labor of love.at our reunion a few years back we had some of the survivors
Of the unit. Full of stories and great love for the ME 109.
This second edition is two volumes in a sturdy slipcase. I’ve paid 98 euro and
Worth every cent.
Best wishes and happy reading,
