Ju 52 loss 17.01.1945.
Hi all
In Yugo partisan book of WW2 (Zbornik V. knjiga 37) there is a statement that "Croatian ground forces went in the direction of Žažin — Dužica — Lekenik — Pešćenica with the task of scouting and finding about the German plane, which went on 17. I. from Zagreb in the direction of Sisak and got lost. They found out from the peasants that on January 17, 1945, the plane crashed in Kravarsko, west of Lekenik, and burned with 4 crew members, while the other 8 crew members went in the direction Turopolje — Vel. Gorica". Do you have info which Ju 52 was lost in Kravarsko on 17.01.1945. As always thanks in advance Antun |
