Re: Photos 4-1

Dear Ed,
Thanks for the excellent JU 88 G night fighter photos. Very nice!!!
I took the liberty to post them over at LEMB forum as there has been a lot of discussions over Ju 88 G night fighters over there.
I am sure they will be rapidly identified......
Always looking forward to your postings, Ed!
Cheers
Goran

Re: Photos 4-1

What are these? Obviously V-1 derivatives, but I have never seen them before!

NB. Good to see the seller mentioning the source of the photos. All too often photo albums are carelessly stripped out and the origin of the photos is lost - and thus a part of history.

That's the Bv 143 A. Not related to the V-1, but like the V-1 it could be launched from catapult ramp or He 111 mothership.
Luftfahrt International issues 6 and 7 have a nice article on it. These are fairly rare 1970s magazines, but they appear regularly on the German eBay site. In fact the whole series is available right now. Those who are interested in Luftwaffe aircraft, like technical detail and don't have this series, I recommend them very highly!
