T-33 flown by Capt Dominic S. Gentile
Good night to all!
Did someone have more information about the serial number + codes + the name of the second person aboard the T-33 Shooting Star that killed former 4th FG ace, Captain Dominic Don Salvatore Gentile on 23rd January 1951? Any information would be welcomed Yours Adriano Baumgartner |

Re: T-33 flown by Capt Dominic S. Gentile
Hello Adriano,
This was in T-33A 49-0905 of 1053 AMS/1050 AMG that crashed near Forestville, Maryland shortly after taking off from Andrews AFB, MD. Small correction: date was 28 Jan 1951. I'll see if I can find the name of the passenger too! Regards, Leendert |

Re: T-33 flown by Capt Dominic S. Gentile
Adriano,
I received word that Sgt. Gregory D. Kirsch was the passenger in Gentile's T-33. He was a control tower operator at Andrews AFB, MD. Regards, Leendert |
