Hi LEO If you go to web site asisbiz.com go to IL2 games, then scroll down to Zerstoerer Me 11o click on that. THEN you can start to research, just click on the planes reistration make like D5+ER. photos and of course game pics. THE PILOT IS Wilhelm HERGET. LOTS OF FAB PHOTOS ON THIS SITE> GOOD HUNTING

Firstly, undoubtedly there were numerous Me 110s with the code D5+ER. Secondly, Jeffrey, what is your source for linking Herget with the Me 110 shown on the website you referred to. Herget was Staffelkapitän of 7./NJG 3 from 1.11.41 to 15.03.42, but the Asisbiz site does not name a pilot for this particular D5+ER.
