true, but it has happened before,
for example P7095 crash landed, there are some very good pictures of an almost intact aircraft, but it's pilot sgt brown was later found to have been killed.
strange things happen in wartime.

Did anyone make a definate ident on QV-F?
I am writing abook on 19 Squadron at the moment and this airctaft would fall within the timescale of the book.
Are there copies avialble of this image anywhere?
I have some archives of my own that I could cross reference some of this information.
