Re: German docs in TSAMO
Andrey: I am not trying to offend you or anyone else. I greatly appreciate you being here to help dummies like me. I get sarcastic when I get very, very frustrated as I am right now.
Bubek: I have no idea what that link is supposed to be. I went there and found a hand-written Russia archives card with no navigation tools, nothing that would allow me to go forward or backward. So that's enough for me. L. |

Re: German docs in TSAMO
Thank you Snautzer! Document 282789-282790 is an extract of LFl 5 daily report 2812.1941, made by Capt. Jorma Sarvanto (famous Winter War ace, who downed six DB-3 bombers in five minutes 6.1.1940). Sarvanto was Head of Operations Dept of Finnish AF HQ in autumn 1941. His document is read and signed "JFLst" by the CO FiAF General J.F. Lundqvist, and is thus entirely an internal Finnish document!
My question: What is the name of this mysterious folder 12452, and what is the name of the file with this Finnish document? Is there a list of contents of folder 12452? Like Larry I am still waiting for a simple and easily understandable description how to access folder 12452 (I am no computer specialist...) |

Re: German docs in TSAMO
Hello Andrey
First of all: many thanks for sharing the much appreciated info ! When I saw your link to the uploaded files, I installed uTorrent, used the option 'add torent from URL' and copied the complete magnet:?xt=urn:btih:7492213057AE3E8B7AB2532298C755 A38B9CCF92&tr=http%3A%2F%2Fbt3.t-ru.org%2Fann%3Fmagnet&dn=%D0%A6%D0%90%D0%9C%D0%9E% etc. etc. into it. Unfortunately, each new attempt gives an error: uTorrent cannot load this... Perhaps you have another way of access to these files? Best regards and warm greetings from Venlo, the Netherlands, Marcel

Re: German docs in TSAMO
Hello Marcel,
the link works, but one has to do some modifications. I tried to save the link without the spaces here, but it did not work. Looks like an bug. One has to copy the link into an editor and delete the spaces between the numbers. The whole link has to be without any spaces. This modified should work with Torrent. Regards Dirk |

Re: German docs in TSAMO
The working link for uTorrent can be found in the attached txt-page. I am just downloading the material, which shows that the link works. Enormous amount of thanks to Andrey
