Regarding # 1109:
The He 111 is from KG 100 with Verbandskennzeichen 6N+KZ, captured at Cagliari/Elmas airdrome (source: ADI(K) Med). It was damaged 23rd June 1942, shot up over Sidi Barani, with two men wounded from the Lt.Stange crew. At that time it was coded like 6N+KJ (source: Ulf Balke KG 100 chronicle). Carl

Regarding the Hs 129 + Z Q in 59-586, I have just come to the same conclusion as yourself based on the Pegg title on the Hs 129. Boy, the data in this Werknummer range are thin on the ground! Rabe Anton |
