Hello folks!

This is a very interesting thread, but can somebody tell me why I can't view the flickr.com sites?

Cheers, Simon

Re: Late war Bf 109 pictures source

Hallo Simon,

it seems now obvious that Flickr is banning from access all German I.P's in order to stick to the § 86-86a banning all Nazi symbols....

Anybody has an idea on which site I could set up a mirror accessible also from Germany?

Thanks
Marc

Hey, I finally got it working from Germany! The secret is a new yahoo-account with an US postal code AND a birth date which says you are older than 21. Then create a new connection with Flickr. So let's see what you have put up there, Marc..

Regards,
Christian

Great news Christian!

And be sure there are plenty of errors to iron out; all comments warmly welcomed. The more precise we will be, the better this visual encyclopedy will be...

Cheers

Knowing how intense you Bf 109 people get, it seemed better to keep you all in a separate area!

hmm, tried to do as ChristianK told me, but it's not possible to view this content here in Austria. Very strange. Would be cool if somebody could send me the pics via email or put them up at photobucket.

Cheers, Simon

Re: Late war Bf 109 pictures source

Simon,

All pics do stem from published sources or old ebay or Tonelli auctions. The interesting part I tried to do is to place them according to their W.Nr. in files dedicated in a numerically classified manner either to the Mtt Regensburg, ERLA, WNF or Györ factories.

I'm a bit in a stress with work currently, thus I won't be able to send them toy ou via e-mail before November... Sorry for that.

If any of you gang has the time and wish to put the pics with legends on Photobucket, you're welcome!

Cheers
Marc
