Stieg

My source is:
La guerre tombée du ciel,tome2:auvergne-rhone-alpes 1944/1945 (a good book)

Keith
according the book
Blakeslee/Godfrey/McDill/Patteeuw =3 Do-24

The 110 shot down was a Ju-86E WkNr.0245 (KJ+AK) of LnSch.4 crashed Miribel (Ain) by Capt.W.M Sobanski/1 Lt S.W.Monroe/1 Lt J.L.Lang

The planes of Saint-Rambert-D'Albon (Creux-de-la-Thine) were D.520 and LeO 451

F.W Glover parachuted
Recovered by French Resistance in Beaumont-Monteux (Drome)
Retourned to his unit on May 29 after passing through Spain.

Re: German seaplanes destroyed 30 April 1944

Thanks Michel

When it comes to aircraft ID I guess we can all agree that it is not exactly 'dix point à USAAF',
but on the other hand, who has ever heard of a LeO 242?

Thanks for the bonus Ju 86 E!

Cheers
Stig
