History Channel has long lost any resemblance of credence.

Sure if they let a veteran speak or show unknown footage it interesting, but anything added by History Channel, including most of the commentary is feather light at best, blatant falsification of facts at worst.

Ironically I watch a lot of HC.

I'm the same... I Keep watching, always annoyed at something. I'm glad I'm not alone!

Haven't got 10/IV yet but I will, it's fantastic work. My main interest is defense of the Reich so I've got quite a wait in front of me once I've got 10/IV.

Dear jpm,

I'm afraid that you won't find any of Lt. Stollnberger's claims in the JFV series as he was a Schlachtflieger, serving with SG 1 in 1942. The numerous claims made by both ground attack and recconnaissance units fall outside the scope of our work, just like those made by Zerstörer- or night fighter units.

I do hope that inspite of this you are satisfied with our series.
