I know that you prefer not to announce future publishing dates too early, but I wonder if you can provide an update on the status of 10/II, 10/III, and 10/IV.

Dear Marco,
Gentlemen,

Vol. 10/II should be ready for printing by mid-February and thus be out by early to mid-March. It will comprise the "technical chapter" dealing with the a/c flown by the units of the Reichsverteidigung in 1943 and then cover JG 1, JG 3, I./JG 4, Stab, I. and II./JG 11, with the rest of JG 11 to follow in Vol. 10/III. This cut was neccessary to keep the two Volumes at about the same size.

Let's hope the this time nothing will interrupt the schedule.

What is the current status?

Dear Del,

the current state is, that the printer has announced the final proofs for the end of this week so that, given that there are no unexpected flaws, printing and binding could be completed by mid May. This again would mean start of delieveries second half of May. For safety reasons struve's have set the date as June 15th on their web-site, but they are doing their best to be out earlier than that. Hope this helps.
