Clint

May I just say, the one who wrote the details on the flip side was mostly very uncertain about the identities. There is a a ? almost behind every s/n....

Cheers

Re: Brandenburg C.I Photos

Hi Stig,

Yes, which is a bit of a problem whwn the serial is not clear from the photograph, which is occasionally the case.

I'm interested in your opinion Stig, is this the same seller tonight as earlier because the earlier photos don't have the information on the aircraft id on the back of the photo, the sellers name is different and the photos appear to be original, but what a bizarre coincidence if its two seperate sellers at the same time.

Regards,

Clint

Wish I knew Clint

I am not very good at e-bay, and I cannot see any seller's name at all.
None of these ones seems to have any "Kopierschütz" on them, so possibly you are right. But having said that, doesn't the text on the flip side seem the same??

Cheers
Stig

Re: Brandenburg C.I Photos

Hi Stig,

The comparison I was making was between those photos posted for example 9th March and the last two posts of mine yesterday. So to answer your question. No, the 9th March photos don't have the text on the back. So I guess two seperate sellers(?).

I believe now having considered further information that yesterdays are a different seller as there is also a difference in price between the items offered with seller Frankies-curiosities understandably being pricier as they are original although seller allesfue also offers interesting photos.

Regards,

Clint

Re: Brandenburg C.I Photos

He, he Clint, maybe you are right....

We don't even see the flip side on the photos from the 9th. They seem to be uploaded differently as well. But no seller's name (as far as I can tell) and when comparing the "other text" on each e-bay page, they seem very, very similar, so I really don't know.

Two different seller's, on such an extremely common topic (can't get my tounge further inside my cheek) as old Austro-Hungarian aircraft? Hmmm, does the lightning strike twice at the same time? On e-bay?? Last time such a miracle happened was perhaps 2000 years ago....you know, the guy who walked on water....

Joking aside, no I don't know. If it is then it is indeed quite incredible....

Cheers
Stig
