This sort of thread is bad for the eyes. And heart.

Re: Richard Eger has passed away

Sorry to read this, I hadn't corresponded with Richard for over a year, but we were in regular contact for more than a decade prior....

RIP and Blue Skies

Re: Richard Eger has passed away

Richard EGER's passing is very sad news. We had been corresponding for over 30 years, mostly on Me 262 interests, at least once a month. I had wondered why he had not responded for the last several Months. We had much fun shooting down each others theories till we uncovered the truth. von Lutz, Victorville, CA

Re: Richard Eger has passed away

As I've been away for (too long) a period, I just discovered that Richard passed away some years ago. He was truly my mentor as to Me-262 and the "REIMAHG" factory here in Kahla. We exchanged many emails and he often guided me towards the goals to achieve.
Thank you Richard for helping many of us through research.
What has happened with Richard's legacy?

Re: Richard Eger has passed away

I will only add that Richard Eger and I had exchanged emails briefly. I do miss him and pray that he is now at peace.
