There is a mention of Time Over Targets: The Story of the 9th Bombardment Division book. Perhaps someone can check it for Osuchowski?

I suppose any of the unit's airmen of the period may know something about Osuchowski, if he flew combat missions. The citation of the air medal may help as well, but where to look for it?
