No, not the one. They did an excellent book on development of Il-2, and I think I have seen some advert of it, or perhaps another book on development of ground attack aircraft in the Soviet Union.

Yes. The book called "Sturmovicks of Red Army" by Perov and Rastrenin was published in 2001.
