Hurricane Z4049 crashed 19/10/42 - pilot killed. Who? Maybe not RAF AB has 19.10.42 Hurricane I Z4049 USAAF Lower Tranmere, Birkenhead, Cheshire BB

Again my sincere thanks for your help - definately a Mention in Despatches for you!! Just two outstanding: 23 October 1940: Anson N5245 on night nav flight hit ballon cable and crashed into a house in Southampton. One killed. Not sure if member of crew of resident of house. 28 March 1942: Master DK973 from RAF Cranwell collided with Lancaster; Lancaster crew killed, so assume Master pilot/crew also killed. Any ideas?
