Hello gentleman,

Veerle-Laakdal is about 35 km east of Helchteren in Belgium , so perhaps this could be the place of the crash.

I checked the doc, in fact it is just written,
MK 1-3 15 km N. of Diest 1 km S. Verle time 00H35

Mechelen is my reading of the NVM, sorry
