Re: Any Wellington specialists here? Front or tail?
Hello,
Please consider the option that Streib's claim, allegedly for the night of 2/3 June 1942 could have been mixed up with the events a night before when more - unaccounted - Wellington crashes were in the area of Mönchen-Gladbach and Viersen. All the best, Marcel Hogenhuis www.fliegerhorst-venlo.net

Re: Any Wellington specialists here? Front or tail?
Hi Marcel,
I had not considered this possibility, problem is that lots of info on the crash locations, cause of loss & time of loss are still lacking with many of the Wellington losses on that night! Cheers, Theo |
