I agree that the photo with Dahl is nearly identical, except that there is mottling visible, which would not be present on the RLM-76 painted machines.
I have seen in the Prien JG 3 volumes a loss for Dahl in 27121... Keep searching, Don

I'm back... In fact I started to think, then suggest, it was Dahl's planes because on one of the picture we can see, just above the wing, a part of a black chevron... Cheers, Franck.
