Re: Identification of He-111
Hi Remi,
I have 3400 4./KG40 F8+GM flew into cliff at Krossans, Iceland on 21 May 1941 with all crew killed including pilot Oberfw Hans Joachim Durfeld. Aircraft was in a batch of H-3/H-5 (H-5 possibly H-3 upgrades) Regards, David |

Re: Identification of He-111
This one for me 3900, as told Matti, nothing , or so few from not free from mistakes lists , we could assume as highly improbable that the serie 3365.. to 3400.. was manned , i mean "aircrafted" , your thought about David ??

Quote:
Plate was found in the mountains in Krasnodar region. I suppose summer-autumn 1942 is the possible period of loss. |
