great congratulation for your last title, :-)
Book looks very solid one.

The text I think is bilingual finnish-english. BTW; in Red Stars 5 the Finnish text was a little bit longer, were added some documents, which were not translated into English, is this the same with this volume or 100 % translation?

BTW, Carl do you ever heard the name Oleg Kisielov, he is one of the best know this topic from Soviet side (done sever very good materials about Soviet side). He has already done a lot of study about this war too. He is very helpful.

RS 7 is 100 % bilingual (or in fact some abbreviations in the appendices are only in Russian/English). I have met Oleg Kiselev a couple of times in Moscow, and got extensive help fron him (including the IAP-fighter regiments on the Karelian isthmus, VVS 9.A in the North etc),
