Re: 29/01/1944 Kg6
Hi,
The book 'Massacre at Malmedy' claims there were 35 german servicemen on the aircraft that crashed at Stoumont on 21st(?) Jan. 1944. I believe the aircraft was more likely to be the Ju 52 on the 29th particurlary as Luc says no other crash traced on the 21st. The only other information I know of was a captured diary (from 21/22nd March 1944) which named five of the dead and also referred to a Ogef.Moller as injured all on 29th Jan., Regards Brian |
