Hi Chris,
to send over 52 pages here in the forum - imposiible. Anyway, the text is in German language and filled with special (German) abbreviations, which I should have to declare then. Maybe we'll find someday an eager author, who has the time and the nerves to translate the whole thing... Cheers, Horst
