RK Recipients 1940

I have a list of those aircrew who were awarded the RK up to 6 Oct 40; can anyone tell me the names or supply a list of those (irrespective of whether they were fighter, bomber, recce or Stuka) who were awarded the RK 7 Oct-31 Dec 40.
