Re: Photos Albatros C.I

Hello,

Currently on ebay is a photo of Albatros C.I C.221/15 at:

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Foto-Beobach...QAAOSwZiFgFWyw

Was this aircraft operated by FFA 19? A possibility given that the seller is also showing aerial photos taken by that unit.

Regards,

Clint

Re: Photos Albatros C.I

Hello,

Currently on ebay is a photo of a crashed Albatros C.I at:

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Foto-Flieger...oAAOSwliBgIPrK

Part of the serial can be seen and may be 90/15,unfortunately that does not narrow down the id very much.

Clint

Re: Photos Albatros C.I

They must be

Two aircraft of the same type, crashing at the same place, and in the same position is a bit too much to be a co-incidence....

Cheers

Hello,

Currently on ebay is a photo of a collision involving an Aviatik and Albatros C.I C.600/15 at:

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Foto-1-WK-Fl...AAAOSwJstgQdcn

The close up of the Aviatik, shows that that aircraft belonged to a Fliegerersatz Abteilung 6.

Hello,

A nicely composed, but unfortunately somewhat distant photo of an Albatros C.I of FEA 8

https://www.ebay.de/itm/305336090391...AAAOSwXA9libVZ

Interesting upper surfaces of the lower wings.
