Chris, here are some other photos of Do 17 P wreck from p. 120 top. Location is given as Neunkirchen, Saarland. Probably pre-war loss the code could be 40+_13 as one of photos is from 3./22 grouping.

The date (?) 37-38 on the back of photos seems unlikely to me, but the wreck could be this Dornier lost on 22.9.1939 – http://www.flugzeugabstuerze-saarlan...unkirchen.html

I have the crash from 3./22 at 24 not 22 Sep 39 at Landsweiler-Reden with Fw Ernst Ragnit (B) and Uffz Kurt Seiffert (BF) killed
